Barb wire fencing is our specialty, most commonly used for beef cattle and also suitable for sheep and goats. Our standard build is a 5 or 6 strand fence, with the top wire set at approximately 52″ and remaining wires evenly spaced 9″ to 10″ apart below it. We use heavy-duty T-posts (54″ tall) along with line and brace/corner posts (56″ tall), spaced every 10 feet, with a steel oil well pipe line post placed every 100 feet (or more often in areas with high or low spots in the terrain).
Corners and brace sets are built with 1″ sucker rod, spaced 7 or 8 feet apart depending on your design, and welded thoroughly for lasting strength. Our corner and line posts are 2⅜” x 9′ pipe with a fully welded dome cap on top to keep moisture out, plus a steel clip welded on to keep the barb wire secure and evenly spaced. T-posts are available in multiple colors to match your property. From materials to welds, every detail is built with one goal in mind: a fence that’s straight, tight, strong, and made to last for generations.
Woven wire fencing is commonly used to retain horses, sheep, goats, and chickens, and while less common in the beef cattle industry, it can be used there as well. There are multiple woven wire styles available, including sheep and goat wire, horse wire, and more, and we’ll help you choose the best option for your animals and property. Woven wire ranges from 32″ to 72″ tall, so we’ll work with you to select the right height for your specific needs.
The structural build follows the same standards as our barb wire fencing, using 2⅜” x 9′ oil well pipe for line and corner posts along with heavy-duty T-posts. Sucker rod is used to reinforce structure at corners and brace sets, ensuring the fence holds up to the demands of daily agricultural use while staying strong for years to come.
We offer a range of gate options to fit your property and budget. While we prefer and recommend heavy-duty gates for their proven durability and longevity, we’re happy to work with whatever gate style best fits your preferences and project needs.
Gate installation can vary from one fence builder to the next, and while we have our own preferred methods, we’re always willing to adapt to the style you prefer. Our goal is to hang every gate level, both horizontally and vertically, so it swings smoothly and operates the way it should. We also take care to position each gate to match the opening and flow of the surrounding fence line, making sure it fits naturally into the overall design rather than sticking out.
This style of fencing is commonly used on corrals and heavy-use areas in the beef cattle industry, and it also works well as a decorative or functional option for horse fencing. It’s a strong, durable choice for permanent corral systems, typically built with 2⅜” x 9′ posts spaced 8 feet apart and sucker rod welded 9″ to 10″ apart. Height varies depending on the customer’s needs, though our standard range is 52″ to 60″ tall. Every corral is different, and we’re equipped to build whatever design fits your operation, whatever the customer can dream up, we can build.
This fencing style is also a great option for horses, as it’s less likely to cause injury compared to wire fencing, which can tangle and cause serious harm if an aggressive horse gets caught in it. For those who prefer the look and strength of pipe and sucker rod over barb wire, we offer a popular design: 5 bar sucker rod with a top rail. The top rail matches the size of the post, and the post is notched at the top so the rail fits in and is welded securely all the way around for a clean, finished look.
Decorative fencing built with various oil well pipe sizes is a popular choice in our area, commonly used at driveway entrances, along driveways, and along highway frontage properties. There are multiple ways to design and construct this style of fencing, so whatever vision you have in mind, bring us your ideas and we’ll bring them to life.
These fences can also be painted in the color of your choice, with black being a popular option, and painting is completed once construction is finished. For an added personal touch, we also offer large overhead entrance pieces featuring farm or family names laser cut out of steel. If you prefer square tube or rectangular tube instead of pipe, we can accommodate that as well. With so many design possibilities, the options are just about endless. We’ll make your dreams reality.
Dealing with overgrown row crop or hay field perimeters? We have solutions. Using a limb saw attachment on our skid loader, we can cut back overhanging limbs and make your fields safe and easy to farm again. We also offer tree pulling, heavy brush clearing and cleanup, and pasture reclaiming, giving you a clean, workable property from start to finish.
For larger projects, we offer removal of big fence rows and trees using our own dozers and equipment, so there’s no need to call in a separate dozer company. If you have an old fence row full of large trees and want to build a new fence in its place, we can help with that too. We’ll come out, evaluate the site, and walk you through our plan of action, handling everything from cleanup to rebuild, turn-key from start to finish.
